Chesapeake Bay Powerboat Association's David Landsman and Jimmy Jernigan, along with Victor DiMarco, of Thunder in the CIty Poker Runs, are bringing you the event of the year that you won't want to miss! We have locked downs slips at Harbor East Marina, at the base of the Four Season's hotel in Baltimore's famed Inner Harbor East neighborhood! The 2020 Bayside Poker Run held on Sunday, Sept. 27 was a great success on a beautiful day with light winds and fair seas. The annual event featured small boats cruising the Chesapeake Bay in a navigational competition that included Onancock, Pungoteague, and Nandua creeks. 2020 Across the Bay 10K Run – Postponed With the health and safety of our community being an utmost priority, and in alignment with local authorities in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Across the Bay 10K cannot take place in 2020. The 12th Annual Poker Run will take place on Friday July & Saturday July 2021. We are all committed to bringing you the biggest and best event. We WILL out do ourselves every year - and from the comments we get we always do. Thank You To Our Silver Sponsors 2021! As the weather cools and the trees begin to change color, we hold a fun Poker Run Car Tour through the scenic rural roads of Maryland and Pennsylvania. For the food lover in all of us, we enjoy a summer Membership Picnic and a delicious end of year Membership Banquet. In 2021 we have a special event planned to celebrate our 66th Anniversary. At the Chesapeake's Bay's Premier Powerboat Poker Run Event, Thunder in the City presents the 13th Annual Thunder in the City Powerboat Poker Run.With both a awesome boat course and some of the best Dock Bar card stops on the upper Chesapeake Bay, this run never disappoints.

Harbor East Marina is THE prime location for boaters looking to stay and play in Baltimore. Located in the heart of the city, the Harbor East area of Baltimore boasts 12 square blocks of fine dining restaurants, boutique and luxury hotels, bars, clubs and fantastic retailers, including Under Armour, Whole Foods, and Anthropologie. The marina is also within walking distance of Little Italy and Fell's Point for boaters looking to get out and explore some of Baltimore's fine history.
